Yes, if you receive the mask and it's not the right fit then you can still return it to us as long as the following applies:
- It's returned within 28 days, undamaged and in it's original condition
- All of the original packaging for the items is included
- Labels and tags are still attached
- The plain lenses are returned including packaging
- The mask has not been tried on in water
Please note that the prescription lens fitting service charge is non-refundable as the service has been carried out for you.
