All products purchased from Simplyscuba carry the full manufacturer warranty unless sold as a "no warranty" item.
If your product is defective after use then please email us some pictures and your order number so our customer experience team can advise the best way to proceed.
You can also request a return under warranty using this form.
Special circumstance: in the event the manufacturer is no longer in business, Simplyscuba will review your warranty claim and at our discretion help to provide an equitable solution. All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record.
For all Hardware products please make sure you inspect the products in case of damage before adding any modifications to the product. If you have made any modifications to the product this includes wax, tail pads, bindings and grip tape we will not be able to accept these back as damaged for a replacement or refund.
