If you wish to return your goods please complete this returns form. This is the first step and needs to be completed before proceeding.
You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund.
If you require an alternative size for an item you purchased, we would recommend placing a new order for the new size and returning the size that is not suitable.
We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn or washed, are not in original condition, or have their tags removed. Every aspect of the item must be free from signs of wear and odour.
At Simplyscuba we offer a returns service via Rebound. If you use Rebound to generate your returns label there is no need for you to enclose any paperwork as the label will have your order details.

The return cost is at your own expense but for our customers based in the above countries we recommend using the ReBOUND return service for a more affordable, fully tracked option.

Upon inspection of the returned product, Simplyscuba will issue a full refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Simplyscuba reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
